Holy Hannah, Its still freakin muggy here ahhhhhh, It was just like a sauna at work today, who needs workouts all I have to do is spend an eight hour shift in the kitchen and I lose about a half pound LOL.
Even though it has been so muggy here, Cheryl and I have decided that we are going to buy a small woodstove for the basement, last winter we got stuck more than once with no heat, and having to go out side at minus whatever and brave the elements, while standing like fools over the freakin BBQ, trying to heat up water and something to eat besides PB&J sandwiches. (funny everything we heated on the BBQ had a strong taste of smoke and garlic sauce which was quite interesting in your tea water.lol
anyway back to the point we are now perusing endless pamphlets of stoves, which contain info on dimensions, heating radius, how they are constructed, and all kinds of other (important) info but all I really need to know is how to start the darn thing and can you cook on it :)
Perhaps with the heat they will be offering great discounts because I'm pretty sure that the fireplace and woodburning stores are not wall to wall with people, at least not at this particular moment of mugginess hahah.
