Well, Cheryl and the girls went out last night and picked the family tree, the first thing Kirsten says when she gets in the house "its a perfect tree , except for the one flat spot" actually its pretty nice and the flat spot can go towards the wall. Right now "the Tree" is sitting quietly in the corner of our downstairs living room waiting to be molested by the kids tomorrow haha. I love decorating the tree it brings back sooo many great memories of my christmases growing up. In our house christmas was the favorite holiday there were lots of treats and we had special food treats that we only got during the holidays like fresh grapes, macintosh apples and nuts in the shell!! They were almost more anticipated thatn the presents,,,,well not really but they came a close second haha.
Next week when the kids are home from school we are going to do some serious cookie baking and decorating!! THat should be a messy blast :).
