Hi friends and family,
A big high and hugs to Christie, Phil and the girls in Japan :). Well I just got home from a busy day at work, its 9:00pm here and I started work at 5:00am so my buns are a dragging haha. The dinner I made for the Premier and Admiral and guests went great!! My timings were right on and the presentation was excellent, if I do say so myself :). I really enjoying the high end of cooking it is such a nice change from the everyday meals, and quite a challenge as well. This was my last phase in this level of training so now I'm on to the final phase and I can't wait, that deals with more "fancy" dining and lots of garnishing techniques and a lot more time management etc.... :)
anyway I'm off to bed have a great evening all.
