Hi all,
I have two days off so we all went to the Museum of Natural History in Halifax today. It was fun there were lots of hands on exhibits and lots of new things to see and learn. I found out finally after all these years these little black things I found on the beaches of PEI , are Skate eggs. That was very exciting for me I always thought they were some kind of funky looking seaweed and now I know!! The kids had fun and we took lots of pictures which I'll post when we get them developed. Tomorrow we are heading to the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, we have a tour booked at 1:00, there is even a hands-on tank where we can touch sea cucumbers lobsters and all kinds of fun things :).
