and the demolition continues.....

Hey there,
I get home from work today and was greeted by a rather enthusiastic group of slightly dusty, goggled,gloved and very happy children!!
Come and see they yell. Yes they were yelling because Cheryl was busy tearing down the brick hearth with some kind of a portable "Jack Hammer" which she rented for 50 bucks for the day.
I had shivers up my spine as I cautiously walked down the stairs I'm not sure if they were from the vibrations of the "Jack Hammer" or from the fear of what the heck I would see as I rounded the corner hahaha.
The Hearth was gone and all that remain was a crumbled pile of brick and mortar. That "Jack Hammer saved us at least a weeks worth of chipping with a sledge and chisel.
Awesome job gang!!!
Now we are almost done of the demos, just pulling up the rest of the rug and getting rid of the tub and surround, then we can start renooing yeah!!!
